The Community Council has produced a number of documents to inform you how it will use your personal data.
Personal data held by the Council can be acquired in the following ways -
via correspondence to the Council by post or email.
via telephone conversations to the Council.
via the Register of Electors supplied for Council use only by the County Council.
via completion of the contact us form on the website.
via planning applications.
via surveys or consultations held by the Council.
via employment or the holding of the elected office of Councillor.
Your information will be used in order for the Council and its Councillors to carry out its official duties, for example to reply to a concern you have raised or to comment on planning applications. It will not be used for any other purpose or passed to any other organisation.
You have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you and to ask for your data to be corrected or removed.
